I’m just kind of realising how deeply personal this daily letter to you is.
I know writing it is personal.
But I also share it.
And I have realised that sharing it is also personal, even though it might look like it is an impersonal attempt to market something…it is actually very personal.
When I share it I mostly think of my friends, hoping it helps prompt them to reflect on their inner world.
But I also think of people I’ve met, and I don’t really know that well. People that I know kind of get it and are asking the same questions that I am about the world.
I suppose it’s not much of a stretch to include people I haven’t met but who are in pursuit of the same things.
Sharing this letter is personal, but not always for people I know and that feels like a contradiction…but is also totally true.
That’s just how it is.
