Today is a very full day.
Over the last few weeks I’ve had several of these kinds of days.
I’ve not enjoyed any of them – not really.
Except today.
I don’t know why.
Nothing else is really different about today.
Other than me. I’m different.
I’m responding differently.
I don’t know why.
I’ve got a few theories.
I’ve made it to the end of a series of business. So, I feel some relief.
I got a bunch of things done that were worrying me. Again, relief.
I slept last night, went to bed early, did the dishes before I hit the sack. I went to the gym this morning and worked hard and had the energy to work hard. I took care of myself.
It’s interesting to note that I can respond completely differently to the same situation based on a number of obvious and not so obvious things.
