I have been waking up with sore feet.
I don’t really know why…but I am pretty sure it is a result of lots of running and going to the gym with not enough stretching of my legs.
I’ve always been very flexible…so stretching is not something I have had to think about much.
But now I think I may have tipped the balance and it is time to stretch a bit more…but do you think I choose to stretch properly every day?
Nope.
Why is it so hard to choose the thing I know I want to do?
