I feel like I am making progress at a glacial pace.
I have so much I want to do, so many dreams and ideas and possibilities to chase that it can be difficult for me to remember that this is it.
I am doing it now.
As much as I am looking to the horizon and dreaming about being over there…I know that arriving there will only mean I dream up a new place to get to. And that, really, what I am in pursuit of is the ability to live a life where I make things that I put into the world and those things affect change in some small way.
And that is what I am doing now.
Sure I want more of it, sure I want more time to do that and not the boring stuff, sure I want more people to be moved and changed and sure I want more world changing action to come out of what I do…but I don’t need to get anywhere else to start this stuff happening.
It is happening now.
I’m very grateful.
