My Mum and Dad have a new family member called Charlie.
She is a very small dog who is so excited to see you in the morning that it makes you wonder what it is you have done that is so special.
When I visit Mum and Dad’s and I get up early to write my letter to you there is a moment where I will be interrupted by this excited ball of curly hair needing to go outside for a pee (so that she doesn’t pee all over you in her excitement).
It’s a lovely little reminder to see the joy in the people I love every time I see them.
