Dear Self,

Yesterday I did a handstand that reminded me of what it felt like to be a gymnast doing a handstand (like a lot of years ago).

It was probably even better than the handstands I was doing back then because I could feel control in the handstand from my finger tips to my toes.

I realised I focus too much on my hands when I am doing a handstand.

A perfect handstand is connected all the way through from hands to feet. My whole body is engaged, particularly the muscles through my back and glutes and legs.

I drew a picture of it and put my legs on backwards.

I wonder what this says about my body map? I clearly don’t know where my legs are when I am upside down!
